I still like to eat. But I had to eat the foods that both keep my body moving and don't trigger. Once off the triggers, my brain and body eventually followed. I still run across triggers. It's not a 100% science. Even after 2-3 years. Keep going.
Perhaps I need to go from desiring to eat to not desiring to eat to desiring to not eat, however one does that.
