What we do as a result of out youthful training, implied memories, are not reactions, but rather imprinted actions. What we do as a result of the actions of others, converted through our implied memory conversion matrix are imprinted reactions.
We have actions, learned at an early age, that are difficult to overcome. When these action start to do us damage, we need to stop doing them. These often behave like addictions, difficult to stop, and a high rate of relapse. If we understand that these can be unlearned and replaced with more healthy actions, we are ready to start the process of letting go of the unhealthy and replacing with a healthy actions. It becomes even easier to do if we can figure out what trained us to the unhealthy behavior in our youth.
Overeating may be trained in the first few months, the first few years, as an infant, if that is the only time we get human contact. That was my case, and therefore assume that that is how I became trained to overeat. Now how to un-train myself, that is another matter. 3 regulated meals per day, nothing but good living in between, what ever that may be, and one day at a time. 301.
